From our grid to the inbox

Every send leaves our own SMTP nodes, clears authentication, and lands where it is supposed to — the primary inbox of an Outlook workspace or any SMTP-receiving mailbox, not a promotions tab or a spam folder.

  1. 01 · Send

Mail leaves a mailbox on our own outbound nodes and IP pools.

  2. 02 · Authenticate

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked and signed on the way out.

  3. 03 · Land

It arrives in the Outlook workspace inbox or the SMTP mailbox on the other end — wherever your prospects read.

The platform

Everything the send depends on, in one place

Most teams lose weeks stitching together a registrar, a mail host and a DNS panel. InboxGrids collapses that into a single account.

Domain search & purchase

Search availability, buy in bulk and register straight from the dashboard. Nameservers are pointed at our grid automatically — nothing to copy-paste.

Mailboxes on our own SMTP

Every mailbox lives on mail servers we operate — dedicated IP pools, our own outbound queues, no reselling of someone else's shared relay.

Authentication, done right

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, custom tracking domains and reverse DNS are generated and validated at provision time. You never open a DNS editor.

Bulk mailbox creation

Spin up mailboxes across many domains in one pass — names, address patterns and daily limits set once.

One-click CSV export

Export credentials in the exact format your sequencer expects — one file per platform, ready to upload.

Client workspaces

Keep each client's domains and mailboxes in their own workspace, with team seats for the people who run them.

Infrastructure

We run the mail servers. That's the whole point.

InboxGrids isn't a thin layer over a consumer mail provider. We operate our own SMTP infrastructure — our outbound nodes, our IP pools, our queue policy — which means we control the variables that decide whether your mail lands.

  • Segmented IP pools. Senders are isolated by reputation tier, so one bad actor can't drag your placement down with them.

  • Standard SMTP & IMAP. Ports 587 and 993 with TLS. If a tool speaks mail, it speaks to us — no proprietary connector required.

  • No per-send surcharge. Your mailbox price covers sending. We don't meter you per thousand emails.

  • You own the domains. Registered in your name. Leave whenever you like and take them with you.

How it works

From empty account to first campaign

Four steps. No support ticket, no onboarding call, no waiting on DNS propagation guesswork.

  1. 01

    Pick your plan

Choose a 5, 10 or 20 mailbox-slot package. Add extra slots any time at $3.50 each.

  2. 02

    Buy your domains

Search and register sending domains in bulk, or bring domains you already own and point them at the grid.

  3. 03

    Create mailboxes

Name your senders, set profile details, and we provision each mailbox with full authentication in place.

  4. 04

    Export & send

Download credentials in your sequencer's format, connect and start sending.

Pricing

Simple plans. Extra mailboxes $3.50.

Pick a package — the bigger it is, the less each mailbox costs. Minimum order is 5 mailboxes, and extra mailboxes on any plan are always $3.50 each. Domains are billed separately at registrar cost.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still stuck? Email support@inboxgrid.net.

What exactly do I get with each mailbox?+

A fully provisioned sending mailbox on our SMTP infrastructure: SMTP and IMAP access, full authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, reverse DNS). Sending is not metered per email — the mailbox price covers it. Domain registration is the only separate cost, and we pass that through at registrar price.

Why is there a 5-mailbox minimum?+

Because one or two mailboxes is not a working cold-email setup. Modern filters reward low, steady volume per sender, so real campaigns spread sends across several mailboxes rather than pushing one hard. Five is the smallest footprint where the numbers actually work — and it keeps our IP pools populated with genuine senders.

Do you really run your own SMTP servers?+

Yes. Mail leaves through outbound nodes and IP pools we operate, under our own queue and throttling policy — not a consumer mail account wrapped in a dashboard. That's what lets us segment senders by reputation, control throttling, and fix a deliverability problem at the source instead of filing a ticket with a third party.

How many emails can one mailbox send per day?+

We recommend 30–50 per mailbox per day, which is the range that holds up well against inbox providers. With a brand-new mailbox, start lower and build up over a couple of weeks. Ten mailboxes at a safe rate is 300–500 sends a day — that is why slots, not send quotas, are the unit we sell.

Can I add mailboxes later, or do I need to change plans?+

Add slots any time from the dashboard at a flat $3.50 each on any plan — no plan migration needed. New slots prorate from the day you add them. You can also release slots; they stay available until the end of the billing period you've paid for.

Can I use domains I already own?+

Yes. Point the domain's nameservers at our grid and we'll generate and validate every record needed for sending. A word of caution: if a domain is also your main company website, keep cold outbound on a separate domain so a reputation hit can never touch your primary brand.

Who owns the domains I buy through InboxGrids?+

You do. Domains are registered to you, and you can transfer them out whenever you like. We never hold a domain hostage to a subscription.

How long does provisioning take?+

Mailboxes on a connected domain are usually live in under ten minutes. A freshly registered domain can take a little longer while DNS propagates — typically well under an hour. You'll see a live status per mailbox in the dashboard and get a notification when authentication passes.

Does this work with my sequencer?+

If it accepts SMTP credentials, yes. For Smartlead, Instantly, Reply.io, Lemlist, Apollo, Salesforge, HubSpot and Woodpecker we also generate a ready-to-import file in that platform's exact CSV shape, so connecting a full batch of mailboxes is a single upload.

What happens if a mailbox stops landing?+

Pause the mailbox from the dashboard or move the sender onto a different domain — and our team will look at the underlying IP and queue behaviour on our side.

Is there a contract or setup fee?+

No setup fee and no contract. Billing is monthly and you can cancel from the dashboard. Domains you purchased remain yours after cancellation.

What are you not allowed to send from these mailboxes?+

Purchased or scraped junk lists, phishing, malware, adult content, and anything that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR or your local equivalent. We monitor complaint and bounce rates and will suspend accounts that damage the pool — that enforcement is precisely what keeps deliverability good for everyone else on the grid.
